Learn what it takes to run for local office, how to plan your campaign, and how to get out the vote. As a volunteer learn how to best help your candidate win on Election Day. Deborah Wilder is the statewide chair of the RLC- Republican Leadership Council, the former Mayor of Foster City and a former candidate for Congress. She is a delegate to the California Republican Party and an alternate delegate to the National Republican Conventions of 2004 and 2008.
